Terms and Conditions - Massage Promo

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or redeeming your massage therapy promotion. By purchasing, you agree to be bound by these terms:

1. Transfers & Refunds

• Transfer Your Promotion: You may give your promotion to someone else! Just contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment with their name and contact info.

• Refunds:

  • You'll get a full refund if a certified massage therapist or a medical professional determines you can't safely receive a massage due to pre-existing health condition(s) or contraindication(s).

  • If you develop a new health issue after buying that prevents you from getting a massage, we may issue a full refund with proper documentation.

  • No refunds if you've already used the promotion (even partially).

  • No refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment or if you don't show up. In these cases, you will forfeit the entire promotional value ($60).

2. Your Responsibilities

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must tell us at least 24 hours beforehand. If you don't, you'll lose your promotion, and no refund or credit will be given. The same applies if you don't show up for your appointment.

• Health Disclosure: It's your responsibility to tell your massage therapist about all your health conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, or any concerns that might affect your massage (e.g., pregnancy, recent surgeries, skin conditions, cardiovascular issues, or any pain or sensitivity). If you fail to share this important information, the therapist may refuse treatment for your safety, and your promotional purchase may be forfeited.

• Speak Up! During your massage, please tell your therapist if the pressure isn't right, you're uncomfortable, or anything else. Your feedback helps us give you the best and safest experience.
  
  

3. Privacy Policy

• Confidentiality: All personal and health information you provide will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing safe and effective massage therapy services.

• Sharing Info: Your information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.

• Records: Your records will be maintained securely and in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
